PRIME LOCATION

Our home base is just outside the village of Steeple Morden located right on the border of Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire just north of London.

With convenient access into London by train or car. We are also easily accessible to the airports Stansted (45 min) , Luton (30 min) , and Heathrow (1 hour).

All horses have outside facing stables in a beautiful courtyard comprised of 24 boxes in total. 16.5 total acres give us ample space to include fields and shelters for young horses to thrive and grow as well. The area surrounding our property provides excellent hacking out opportunities for the horses to see something new and stay happy and healthy as possible.

Our newly built arena measures 70m x 40m with a 15m track extension allowing a full length of 85m to canter around with all weather footing and superior irrigation and drainage. Other prime features include a roofed 5 horse Monarch walker to ensure our horses get out of the box and moving multiple times a day as needed.

Eoin Gallagher

Our co founder Eoin, brings years of experience producing young horses to the highest level of showjumping. Mentored at a young age by world champion Dermott Lennon, Eoin has extensive knowledge of educating horses from the beginning stages of their career through the international Grand Prix level.

With his accomplishments including successfully representing his home nation of Ireland in nations cups, 4* Grand prix and countless wins at the FEI level, he brings his competitive nature and ambition to the team. He aims to instill the confidence and winning edge into every rider and horse he helps.

DENISE WILSON-Gallagher

Making the move to Europe from America in 2016, Denise brings her endless resume and knowledge to New Blue. Her upbringing in the American hunter/jumper industry also helps her recognize talent in all different kinds of horses, as well as understand what 5 star service really must include for New Blue clients.

On top of being a core part of the horse management here at New Blue, Denise also boasts accomplishments in the ring. Like Eoin, she also has represented her home country (USA) in nations cups and ridden successfully through the 4* Grand Prix level. She is an expert in sourcing and producing horses to the next level with a list of references that speaks for itself.

    The right hand man of New Blue. He brings years of experience grooming at the top level to aid the management and care of all the horses.

    SHOW GROOM

    Also bringing years of experience grooming at the highest level of our sport, she brings a positive vibe to the stable everyday as well. Her care and compassion for the horses shines through making her an utmost asset to our team.

  • Amber Stafford

    RIDER

    Joining the team in September 2023, Amber has a patient and understanding approach that helps her bring along the talented young horses here. Educating them correctly from the start, she works alongside Eoin & Denise to provide the best possible foundation to every horse.
